DAV longevity tests

Discussion of all V4L hardware including Batteries, Passthroughs, Chargers, etc.

Am Nate sir. Will get another 650mah at some point to do a non-deep cycling test but am waiting for 1 or 3 to retire before starting that one. It's a lot of work keeping up with just the three believe it or not. :)

No problem at all Ms. XxxOoo, just happy to be of service. :)

It's update time again folks. :)

DAV 1. Never deep cycled, only used with slim line-

Average use time after 150 Charges- 2 Hours 46 minutes
Average use time after 175 Charges- 2 Hours 45 minutes
Average use time after 200 Charges- 2 Hours 45 minutes
Average use time after 250 Charges- 2 Hours 44 minutes

DAV 2 RIP good batt.

DAV 3. Never deep cycled, only charged with a fast charger at my own risk-

Average use time after 250 charges- 2 Hours 38 minutes
Average use time after 275 charges- 2 Hours 35 minutes
Average use time after 300 charges- 2 Hours 31 minutes
Average use time after 325 Charges- 2 Hours 26 minutes
Average use time after 350 Charges- 2 Hours 19 minutes

DAV 3 is also reaching it's end of life, expect another 20-30 uses before it passes away...

DAV 4. Deep cycled and used only with the USB charger from V4L-

Average use time after 5 charges (baseline)- 2 hours 49 minutes
Average use time after 50 charges- 2 hours 48 minutes
Average use time after 75 Charges- 2 Hours 46 minutes
Average use time after 100 Charges- 2 Hours 44 minutes

Actual mah rating tests test

DAV 1- 641mah (Previously 644mah)
DAV 3- 598mah (Previously 629mah)
DAV 4- 645mah (648mah on original test)

Will update again after the death of DAV 3.

How very interesting that the never deep cycled one and always deep cycled one are so close in performance. At least the way I'm reading it :o

Thank you for the info Morandir sir!

Not really Ms. Harmony, the one always deep cycled is a good 150 charges behind...
